Hi, I’m Jamey. I specialize in developing visually captivating and interactive e-learning solutions that are both engaging and effective.
My Work
This scenario-based simulation was developed to help support staff improve their communication and problem-solving skills when assisting customers. The learner is presented with five real-world scenario-based support tickets, each with three answer choices. The goal is to make the customers happy and satisfied with the service they receive, aiming for a five-star rating.

In my role at Adtalem Global Education, I was responsible for everything related to Instructional Design. The thing that I valued the most was their analysis process. Being a medical teaching institution, they sure did it right! We really dug in and did a deep dive into the analysis process.
Tools used: Toonly, Microsoft AI Studio, Capture.
During my nine-month contract with Centene Corporation, I developed a number of software simulation projects similar to this one. I was tasked to build E-learning curricula in Storyline 360 for Project Gateway, a new ESI software solution being
rolled out to internal pharmacy division staff as their initial introduction into the system.
TOOLS USED: ARTICULATE STORYLINE 360, SNAGIT.
This is a replica of a lesson I developed for Cigna Healthcare intended to be used for the onboarding of new hire Grievance Intake Coordinator staff. It was designed to be used in a blended learning scenario.

Testimonials
I really enjoyed having Jamey on my team as an instructional designer. Jamey was always ready to take on a project and add immediate value, whether it be through creating a storyboard for ideation or jumping right to creating a video so we could get a reaction. Jamey embraces technology as a tool to enhance learning experiences, and he does so with a focus on ensuring that the end user is successful. Jamey’s professional attitude was spot on – respectfully requesting the information he needed to meet his deadlines and being clear when a lack of information was causing a challenge. Jamey’s open communication and friendly manner made him extremely easy to work with.

Jamey is detail-oriented, easy to work with, and very responsive. While working with him prepping training materials for Student Advisors, he made sure that the training materials highlighted each step of the Advisor's experience. I even used the training material he made as reference during UAT to help make sure the UAT testers were getting expected results. It is sometimes difficult to work with others in a virtual environment on a communication basis, but Jamey was always quick to respond and provide what was needed. Any team would be lucky to have Jamey to work with them.
