My experience has helped me develop a well-rounded approach when designing and developing eLearning solutions.

My process & approach to solving problems. I always prioritize people in my work process. I make a conscious effort to comprehend their struggles and find ways to simplify difficult concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand, interactive learning experiences.

How I work with people. For me, collaboration is key. It is essential to build genuine relationships with peers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure that our solution is effective and serves the target audience throughout the business world. By doing so, we can enjoy and learn from the process and produce an aesthetically pleasing interactive learning solution.

What we can accomplish.  I strive for growth and results. If your organization would like to leverage modern learning experiences that help people reach their full potential, I am confident that we can design compelling solutions.

Anything, everything, and more.  I'm always up for a challenge and thrive on learning new skills that I can incorporate to help develop a visually appealing, interactive solution. I'm always on the hunt for the latest trends and new technology related to eLearning design.

Another interest I enjoy related to design is interior design, and I believe that these two fields share some similarities. In both cases, the designer must possess a strong sense of visual design and a good taste level. Skills such as understanding geometry, placement, and composition are crucial to decorating a space with furniture, accessories, and wall art, just as they are required when designing a Storyline 360 slide. I have linked a few images below of my previous home, where you can see that a lot of thought went into the placement of various objects, including their angles and distances from each other.
